Learn evidence-based mindfulness tools for managing stress, preventing burnout, and supporting well-being in this course from the BC Crisis Centre in partnership with Employee Wellness. Delivered over 6 weeks, these 60-minute webinars explore themes relating to emotional well-being and provides simple yet effect tools that can be applied in your daily life and shared with family, friends, colleagues or youth to support their mental health and well-being. Each course includes a refresher session after 6 weeks.

Keep in mind: If you can’t attend a full 60-minute webinar, you can participate in a portion of the live session and watch the rest by recording. You’re welcome to attend webinars for whatever time-frame works for you!
Can't make the live sessions? Recordings are available on the Employee Wellness SharePoint. Attend live or access the recordings and complete at your own pace, or a mix of both! Each session is stand-alone, so you don't have to worry about 'catching up' to attend the next live session. Attend when you can, and watch the recordings at a time that works for you.
