Each 60-minute webinar explores a theme related to emotional well-being, including building a foundation of what mindfulness is, exploring related science, and introducing practices to observe thoughts and emotions, manage reactivity, the negativity bias, and harness the science of happiness. Each course includes a booster session after 6 weeks.

Can't make the live sessions? Recordings are available on the Employee Wellness SharePoint. Attend live, access the recordings and complete at your own pace, or a mix of both! Each session is stand-alone, so you don't have to worry about 'catching up' to attend the next live session. Attend when you can, and watch the recordings at a time that works for you.
