Presenter(s): Sheila Dillon-Leitch, Learning and Leadership Development, Apple Canada - Education Bring your iPad and join us for an hour and a half session where you will become more familiar with the iPad and the core accessibility accommodations available in iOS 14. We’ll also explore how to: - Navigate and customize iPad to suit student needs, especially for reading and writing, as well as support for those with vision and attention challenges
- Exploring key productivity tips and tricks for those familiar with iPad and looking to go further
- Learn about free apps such as Notes and Camera with Markup for capturing student ideas through drawings, writing, video, and photos
Participants will also be provided with a summary of key Apple resources and invited to provide suggestions for future topics of exploration through a survey. A TEAMS link will be sent to all registered participants on Feb. 10th 2021.
