The KTEA-3 training workshop will consist of 4 sessions held
from 9am-3pm at Garibaldi Annex. Participants will be trained to administer, score and interpret the KTEA-3 Comprehensive (a standardized test to measure achievement in reading, writing and math for ages 5 through 18). All participants who successfully complete the training will receive a certificate and, if a kit has not already been provided to their school, a KTEA-3 test kit.
A reminder that the test kits are the property of the school, not the teacher and therefore remain with the school in the event of staff change. Successful participants will not be considered qualified to train other school staff.
PLEASE NOTE the following registration restrictions:
- Interested teachers please discuss with your administrator before registering
- Only one participant per school will be accepted into
the workshop, with any additional registrants from a school placed on a waitlist and then moved into the class if space is available. - Priority will be given to participants from schools who
have not had a resource teacher trained at a previous session. Registrants from
trained schools will be placed on the waitlist and then moved into the class if space is available.
