Description
The EASE K-12 course will take approximately 3 hours to complete and will help you: 
• Understand anxiety and recognize it (in your students and in yourself) 
• Know the difference between everyday anxiety and problem anxiety 
• Understand the psychological theory that informs EASE and the CBT (cognitive behaviour therapy) principles on which EASE is based 
• Strengthen your mental health literacy 
• Certificate available upon completion of the course 

EASE was developed by the Ministry of Children and Family Development in collaboration with B.C. educators and many other partners and subject matter experts across the province. It has been used in classrooms throughout B.C. since 2019.
