The Teach Mental Health Literacy UBC online training will prepare you to teach the Mental Health Curriculum Guide, a web-based, modular mental health curriculum. After this online training you will be ready to teach this resource to your students. This training provides an overview of understanding mental health and mental illness, stigma, and finding mental health support. 


Steps: 


1. Sign up and register for a new account before Oct 18th at: https://courses.cpe.ubc.ca/courses/2316/enrollment/new  


2. October 22nd 9:30am-10:00am- Teams meeting will introduce Teach Mental Health Literacy UBC online training. 


3. Complete the rest of the online training on your own. 


4. October 22nd 2:30-3:00 - Teams meeting to discuss the content with other educators and district trainers. 


  


Time/From:     Oct 22, 2021. 9:30-10:00am and 2:30-3:00pm 


**This training takes approximately 6-8 hours to complete.
