Fill your morning with our most popular workshops, and some brand-new topics that have never been offered before! Note: In this workshop, recognize signs of declining mental health and stress in yourself and others, in this evidence-based, certified program. Learn language to help understand and reduce stigma around mental health and illness and develop skills to maintain your own mental health.

Note: Laughing does not just feel good, it also has a positive effect on your health by helping to relieve stress, tension, and anxiety. Humour also offers psychological benefits, as finding the lighter side of a difficult situation can dispel negativity and better enable you to overcome challenging problems and conflicts. This seminar will highlight the benefits of adding humour into participants’ lives and discuss appropriate ways of incorporating it into the workplace.
